About OpenImmo

OpenImmo is a progressive web app enabling real estate agents to share property listings and split commissions within a private network. The platform is scheduled to launch in September 2026.

My Role

As project lead and UX/UI designer, I coordinated between the client and dev team, managing features, timeline, and budget. I also designed the full interface and ensured smooth workflows across all user types.

What I Delivered

• End-to-end UX/UI design of the PWA
• Clear dashboards and property-sharing flows
• Custom design system for web and mobile
• Full product backlog and project management
• Alignment with real estate user needs and business goals

This project combined design and strategic oversight to deliver a scalable solution tailored to the property-sharing model.
